YOUR IMPACT
As an AI Integration Intern, you will join our operations and fulfillment team and take direct ownership of a workstream focused on deploying and optimizing our proprietary voice AI, Synthesys, for clients.
This is an execution-first role where you will be at the heart of integrating AI capabilities into our clients' core business operations, taking on a critical role that goes beyond simple configuration. You will be actively involved in uncovering the true operational challenges our clients face and creating actionable, automated plans that drive real change, leveraging no-code tools and rigorous testing to generate robust, scalable integration solutions.
Working closely with the management team and COO, you will configure and test sophisticated AI-powered voice flows, manage client accounts in leading CRM platforms like GoHighLevel or Close, and build robust Zapier-style integrations to seamlessly connect critical infrastructure. We will expect you to go the extra mile, performing rigorous QA testing on live call flows, documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and contributing directly to the foundational backend engine of a seven-figure AI startup.
