Synthesys was founded on the insight gained from years of direct experience in high-volume sales environments, where making more than 150 calls per day was the standard. Members of our leadership team began their careers in these demanding settings and later ran organizations across industries in scaling their revenue operations. Through this work, one reality became clear: traditional telecommunications models were fundamentally limited in their ability to support growth at modern speed and scale.
Synthesys was created as the institutional answer to that challenge. David H. Reineke is the Founder and Global Managing Director of Synthesys, where he leads the company’s mission to redefine global telecommunications through enterprise-grade AI infrastructure. Prior to establishing Synthesys, he held commercial roles at PayPal and later founded and scaled one of the largest B2C online education businesses of its era. Over the course of his career, he has overseen more than $60 million in revenue across 1,000+ B2B transactions worldwide.

Chief Operating Officer
John holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing and has built a track record of driving revenue growth for SaaS and telecommunications firms across North America and Europe. With deep expertise in global account strategy, outbound prospecting, and high-performance sales leadership, he now oversees Synthesys’ global sales strategy, expanding market presence and forging long-term client partnerships.
