When I built Synthesys, I saw how voice AI and intelligent telecom was changing what businesses could accomplish. Teams were scaling faster, reaching more customers, breaking into new markets overnight. But I kept coming back to one thought — the people growing up in Kathmandu, in Lagos, in Lahore, they have every bit of potential that anyone else does. What they don't always have is a meal on the table, a classroom to sit in, or access to the technology that's going to define their future.

So we started the Synthesys Foundation. For every person in the Synthesys ecosystem, we donate meals for families in need through Feeding America and the UAE Food Bank. And through the Synthesys Academy, we're delivering applied AI education directly into schools across Africa and South Asia — and investing in the infrastructure to make sure students have a real place to learn.

The Academy isn't about theory or abstract lessons. It's about giving students the applied skills like prompt engineering, AI-voice automation, and systems architecture, which actually matter in creating opportunity for them in workforce they're entering. We built Synthesys on the belief that AI should be accessible to everyone. The Synthesys Academy is how we extend that belief to the next generation.
